SOFT COOKIES WITH PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE

Materials

½ cup peanut butter

½ cup Butter

1 cup brown Sugar

½ cup white Sugar

2 eggs

2 spoons of Honey

2 spoons Water

2 vanilla pods

2 ½ cups All Purpose Flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon Salt

300 gr. Chocolate (cut with a knife into small pieces)

Implementation

In the mixer bowl, beat the butter, peanut butter, brown and white sugar until the mixture becomes creamy.

Add the eggs, honey, water and vanilla one by one. Continue to beat for 2-3 minutes.

Then add the salt, soda and flour.

Then remove the bowl from the mixer and pour in the chocolate. Mix with a spatula so that it goes everywhere.

With a tablespoon, scoop spoonfuls into a pan lined with greaseproof paper, keeping a distance from each other.

Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 12-14 minutes.
