CAKE WITH CHEESE AND ROASTED TOMATOES

Materials
5 Eggs
100 gr. Feta (grated)
150 gr. Kefalotiri (grated)
180 gr. Yoghurt
1 cup Olive Oil
5-6 sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
3 cups All Purpose Flour
3 teaspoons of Baking Powder
A little Sesame
Salt Pepper

 

Implementation
Place the eggs in a bowl and beat well with a hand mixer.
Add the olive oil, cheeses, salt and pepper. Mix with a spoon.
Then add the yogurt and the flour spoon by spoon.
Add the baking powder and peppers. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a mold and sprinkle with a little sesame.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
