SOUFFLÉ WITH BREAD, HAM AND CHEESE

Materials
12 slices of toast bread (edges cut off)
12 slices Cheese (such as gouda, emmental or mozzarella)
12 slices of Ham
4 eggs
300 ml of fresh Cream
400 ml fresh Milk
a little Butter for the dish
a little nutmeg
Salt Pepper

 

Implementation
Butter the surface of an ovenproof dish well and add the first layer, placing the slices of toast, the ham and finally the cheese in the dish in order.
Repeat the process for the second layer, ending with the cheese layer and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Then add the milk and cream. You are stirring.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the slices and leave the soufflé for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator to absorb the liquid.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees on the resistances for 55 minutes.
