PIZZA TORTIGA

Materials
4 large Tortillas
2 spoons Olive oil
1 can Tomato (chopped)
1 teaspoon oregano
10 slices bacon (diced)
1 cup Cheese (grated)
Salt Pepper

 

Implementation
Put the olive oil in a pan and sauté the bacon.
Then add the tomato and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the oregano, salt and pepper. Stir.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Put 2 spoonfuls of the mixture and spread the surface of each tortilla.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees.
