So Easy Stores acquired G.P.C Unimarket, a convenience store chain with 4 outlets in Nicosia and Limassol reaching the 30 stores in number by end of 2007.

So Easy Stores in association with Divine Advertising, an advertising agency based in Limassol organised the first Chino Festival. The festival was the first open air cinema organised in Cyrus displaying on a gigantic projector on the shore.  

The chain opened its first store in Paphos area.  

So Easy launched its first Special Offer Leaflet. The promotional leaflet was an innovation for the convenience retailing and since then it is regularly issued (three times per year - Easter, summer and Christmas period).

So Easy Stores introduced the category management science; this has been part of its business development strategy.
