CHEESE AND PEPPER PASTA

Materials
500 g Spaghetti (boiled)
1 ½ cups warm vegetable stock
150 gr. hard cheese (grated)
60 gr. Butter
Salt & Coarsely Ground Pepper

 

Implementation
Heat a pan and add the coarsely ground pepper.
Add the vegetable broth and the pasta. Stir for 3 minutes.
You continue to mix and add the butter and cheese.
Finally add the salt and serve immediately with drops of olive oil and extra pepper.
