The SO EASY STORES company, in the context of the continuous strategic development of its stores and with the main goal of convenience in the daily life of consumers, has proceeded in collaboration with the well-known Chef George Erotokritou. Together they will prepare and present recipes for easy and quick meals with basic ingredients that the consumer will be able to locate and purchase from any SO EASY store in Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol.
Differentiation and Philosophy
SOEASY stores are different from the classic traditional kiosks, grocery stores, small and large supermarkets. They are located in neighborhoods and communities with the main philosophy of serving the daily and changing needs of consumers in a friendly and clean environment offering the convenience of easy and quick shopping.
Chef Giorgos Erotokritou
He was born and raised in Limassol while studying at the Gourmand Institute. His contact with cooking began at the age of 16 when he started working in various restaurants, initially for pocket money and as a hobby and then to take up, professionally, a position in the largest kitchens of luxury hotels and restaurants in Cyprus. His craftsmanship and professionalism have won him many awards as a seal of his love and persistence to deliver. Financial Mirror and the magazines Cyprus Gourmet, Time Oute, Vivendi, Prima, Omikron, OK, Down Town and Taste have written about Chef Giorgos Erotokritou. Specifically Matthew Stowell wrote “George possesses a certain type of generosity that manifests itself in feeding others well”.
In 2014 he began his collaboration with the TV show ‘Gia Sena’ and Christiana Aristotelous on MEGA TV presenting the cooking insert every Thursday.
In 2015 she presents the charity cooking show ‘Kitchen Stars’ on PLUS TV.
In 2016, he moved to SIGMA Tv, taking over the helm of the show ‘A Bag of Flavors’ with Christina Dimitriou.
In 2017, he returns to Christiana Aristotelous and the show ‘Me Agapi Christiana’.
He has collaborated with Taste magazine having his own column called ‘Let’s cook’.
He has taken part with the Cyprus Symphony Orchestra in the opera ‘Bon Appétit’ by the American composer Lee Hoiby
